Coach Redd leverages his diverse background in a thriving professional football career and coaching across football, basketball, and life mentorship. Living out loud as a SERVANT, he uses the S.E.E.D. Sports Performance Program as a central hub to connect with others.
Prioritizing Plyometrics and Agility training, his commitment is to support athletes and individuals during their transition through the sports platform and within the community, preparing them for their unique goals and the next phase of their lives.
